Need a design of an GHZ oscillator

Hello, I have a project in my studies and I need an RF oscillator (between and 2 and 10 GHZ), if any one can help me and give me a design. and tell me if ADS is the right software.

This is not a beginners project.
Do you require a fixed frequency oscillator (simpler but still not trivial) or one that covers the complete range form 2 to 10GHz (which is quite a large spread)?
How accurate must the resulting signal frequency be?
I suggest that you use a lower frequency oscillator and multiply it up to the required frequency. However frequency multipliers work best when they cover a fairly limited frequency range (even with PLLs).
Remember that at these frequencies, circuit layout is absolutely critical.

No, I need a fixed frequency oscillator. I have project in the university, I searched a lot I found the theory but still can't realise the circuit.

So what have you come up with? Perhaps we can critique the schematic (even a partial one) for you.
What approach are you looking at? What is the fixed frequency you are wanting? What level of stability are you looking for?
(Not sure what the 'ADS' software is that you are referring to - can you explain that?)
There are a number of Amateur Radio bands (at least in this part of the world) in the 1.2GHz, 2.3-2.4GHz, 3.3-3.6GHz, 5.6-5.8GHz and 10GHz ranges. As radio amateurs are a friendly and open lot, they tend to share their designs. However almost all of them start with a lower frequency and multiply it up.

ADS is advanced design system, it's the software that I'm using. this is a schematic of 10GHZ oscillator, it don't oscillate.

and there is another one 4GHZ, I found them in book and in publications.

for the 4GHZ I look I must have S11*S22>0 and their phase =0 when the slope of the phase is negative.

Many people had suggest me to make a lower frequency and multiply it up when I asked. I will search for it.
