Need a datasheet for Fairchild F30U20DN diode

It is not found in supplier website itself. Whether the part number you supllied is correct
 

So what?

The type name may be shortened, e.g. refer to FFA30.. or FFAF30.. which are discontinued Fairchild devices. They are however not listed at fairchildsemi.com, as other discontinued parts.

Adding ffa to it did the trick so thanks. Found the datasheet.
