guys i need a 2 circuit the one is
when power applied the timer will trigger and the relay will remain off
when the timer runs out the relay will turn on and close the 2nd ciruit
and the 2nd circuit should b ON/OFF relay drive 4 times only and the ON/OFF
delay should be adjustable, after 4 time repeatation it should stopped
you can use 555 time in astable multivibrator mode. (analog way)

you can find monostable multivibrator circuit on 555 datasheet itself (sorry i told astable mulivib. before it was wrong.. it shoud be monostable multi vibrator)
for the other part of circuit lets strt discussion?
have you any idea about your device?
can you post block diagram for it?
It can be harvested by a simple diode and a simple command signal through a relay or triac . which section is the problem now ?actually i want to activate 2nd circuit when electricity (220v) goes off then then 2nd circuit (ON/OFF) should b activate
ok i will try to make circuit for yuo.. but explain me some conditions..
as per i am understanding your requirement that you want to make..
part A that will check for mains voltage. if mains goes down it will start PART B after some time.
now when part b starts it will toggle relay for 4 times...
M I RIGHT??
