My choice would be to use 10 1.5 amp LM 317 adjustable + regulator`s
Well heatsinked set to deliver 12v. Use a 0.3 ohm resistor on each output to maintain equil current flow through each regulator.
Ensure that your transformer / rectifiers / smothing are capable of suporting 10 amps current flow.
Do you need a regulated supply or an unregulated one?
A cheap way of getting an high power unregulated supply is to buy a car battery charger - they are often cheaper than the cost of a transformer by itself! They are normally rectified but not smoothed, so you need to add a large capacitor on the output.
