ncsim license checkout error

ncsim license

hi ,
i am new to edaboard ,
i facing a problem with ncsim

i am able to run ncvlog & ncelab ( compile & elaborate ) but not
invoke ncsim in command mode
i am getting this error when i try to invoke ncsim ( with snapshot )

ncsim: *W,IOLGER: log file ncsim.log could not be opened.
ncsim: *F,NOLICN: Unable to checkout license for NC_Verilog_Simulator
(4.1) 'lic_error -1'.

any help regarding this is most appreciable

It seems you do not have correct ncsim license. Contact your sale representative to update the license.
