NCO Compiler form Altera

I want to evaluate the Altera NCO IP.
After downloaded and installed, how can I insert it in my design (as a symbol)?

I think u should use the megacore Wizard in maxplusII or QuartusII to design and insert a nco symbol.
BTW, U need get a evaluate license file from altera for using it.
