Good time of the day everyone,

I have several questions relating the limitations of nano-scale differential amplifiers. I am trying to amplify the difference between trains of short pulses (~10us each) with small amplitudes (say ~20mV) to achieve single-ended bipolar output. I was wondering if it is possible to design an amp that would provide gain up to 100 times (from 20mV to +-2V) by using nano-scale CMOS technology (ex. L/W 50n/500n). Would it be much more realistic to amplify 200mV -> 2V instead?

Thank You
