nand flash and xd design
Hi,
I was involved in a project where we needed removable NAND flash cards, but wanted the direct, low-level access provided by xD Picture cards. We managed to get a reliable working system by reverse engineering the card interface, combined with the minimal information I could find on the web or here at EDAboard.
xD Cards have now been updated with a new spec (the so-called M or H variants) and our controller no longer works with them.
Does anyone have information on these new variants or could tell me how to drive them?
