my opnet can not compiled

hi i am new in opnet and i would like to simulate routing protocols in MANETs(RGPM,RWP) i have installed opnet 14 on my pc bt i cant compiled since i dont have a c++ compiler. i change the repository to stdmod but still it cant works. anyone who could should please send me an email at lesegomicheal@yahoo.fr

you can install free open source compilers such as gcc. it should work with some manipulation.

I want to install opnet 11.5 on windows xp sp2 with 32 bit. and I am using vc++ 6.0. I cant run opnet. it has <<< Recoverable Error >>>
can any one say me what is the exact environmental variables? thank you.

If you copy a standard process model ('pr.m') into your op_models directory, when you compile the model, the object code will be saved to the original standard model directory, overwriting the original file. This behavior is in place to avoid duplicating files across multiple model directories
