My MPC8245 doesn give any output signal after power up

MPC8245 do not run

HI,I have a problem about your MPC8245.MY MPC8245 do not any output signal after power up.AND all MPC8245's input signal are about 1V.Could someone give me some suggest?TKS!

I think you'd better provide more detail information. Has the clockout been there?
