can anybody tell me How to multiply a clock using clocking wizard?

use DCM to achieve required clock from input clock. setting attributes properly gives required multiplication or division of required clock rate. see data sheet of Digital clock manager

Start clocking wizard and then press the "Documentation" button, it will show the relevant PDF file (TFM) which you can then read (R).

Document says
"Automatically calculates VCO frequency for
primitives with an oscillator, and provides
multiply and divide values based on input and
output frequency requirements"

does it means that i need to fix other parameters (like CLKFB_MULT_F and DIVIDE_DIVCLK) to get the VCO frequency which is my required frequency?????

basically clock wizard generate it automatically. ofcourse you can modify this parameters later.

This. An easy way to do it is first use Mode: Auto Selection to point & click things together. Then go Back to page one of the clocking wizard and select "Manual Selection" to play around with what you just made.
