Convert test current to voltage (using a resistor) and use common voltage to current converter to generate required current.
I(test) * R =U(test)
Take U(test) =Vin .. See attached picture (LM324 does not need +/- supply; it will happily work of 0-12V) ..
, and multiplication factor is hidden in R and Re ..
