I know its a particularly high accuracy multimeter, but i want to specify its accuracy in a test report. Usually DMM dc accuracy statement is like for eg: 5V Range,0.025%+2 (DC Specifications) But for this model it is stated like below Im interested in 10V range.

You need to know when it was last calibrated. Lets say last calibration is one year ago: then the accuracry is: 0.0030% from actual reading + 0.005% from range (= 10V) Klaus
