Multimedia card Program?

Does any body Have a full example writing and reading from a Multimedia card, Secure Digital or Smart media with pics or AVR microcontrollers.

Please don't give me the link to compsys1 site

I would really apreciate any help?

There is a technical guide for MMC cards on Sandisk Web site. Look at it.
