Hi all,

I want to simulate multilayer transformer in ADS momentum but I'm confused how to use vias. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

ADS manual recommends to use 2D layers instead of 3D vias. So, just connect transformer layers by conductive or resistive surface. The size of this object should be near the size of the real via to include current spreading. To be near the real life you need to pick up via resistance from the technology specification and set proper sheet resistivity of the vias.
Good luck.
