MTBF calculation of a PCB system

Hello,

I wanted to calculate the MTBF of a PCB based system. It has PCBs distributed over a room, connected to a main module with wires. Pls. tell me how to do so.

Also as I understand, the wires and its soldering with the connectors to the main module is important to the reliability of the device. Pls. let me know how to calculate the same.
