Hi,

by performing a quick web search I couldn't find the appropriate datasheet, the closest match I found is that for the LTM08C351 [1], maybe it is of use.
I don't know what's the problem with the display or why you are looking for the specs, but in [2] you can find the discription of a LCD service.

BTW, I think this thread would better fit into the "Service Manuals, Requests, Repair Tips" section, If you are aiming to troubleshoot/repair the display.

Hi I came across this post for Arinitsu MT8801B LCD panel repair, the LCD used on these system is LTM08C015KA. Incidentally these can be bought on ebay (replaceable units with similar charateristics ) from China. Also these units are used in HP 54542C oscilloscope I have, check this url for alternative LCD with generic LCD and some FPGA/CPLD.
