msp430 spi memory

Hi! Im developing a system were we use the MSP430 from texas instruments and a SPI Flash MEMORY.
I am having trouble with the communication.
I have a issue with the receive clock. Actually the data is recieved shifted a couple of bits.

HELP ME PLEASE! Some one has any routine to handle this kind of data transfer to share ?
