MPSoCs, multiprocessors, multicore

Hi,

I would like to know the difference between the three terminologies : MPSoCs, Multiprocessors, Multicores.
 

Multi-Cores -> Refers to multiprocessors on a single die of the chip. Mainly, parallel processing is used to execute multiple instructions on the system using multicore processors. Dual core, Core i7 are the typical examples.

MPSoCs -> Multiprocessor System on CHip is a complete package of embedded system. It may contain multicore processor for heterogeneous applications to support some certain application.

Multiprocessing -> is a term used in parallel processing / multicore processing.
