I want to develop a device for assisting the visually impaired,it will have a camera and android OS as well as net connectivity via sim module on it.How should i start working on it?How to write vhdl code for the same?any help?

Post your question in the correct forum section. This is the "Analog Circuit Design" section.

Second,
I don't think you really know what you want to do.

VHDL code for what ?!
Android OS that would do what ?!
