any one answer me please What does it mean when the percentage of the rainfall rate changed , for instance

1% mm/hr , 0.1% mm/hr or 0.01 mm/hr

i appreciate your help

There's rainfall rates, which are mm/hr. When you see a percentage it is usually referring to the % of the year that that rate is exceeded, for instance a given area may exceed 20 mm/hr, 0.1% of the time during the year.
