[MOVED] Unable to load file when open olb library

I am adding a Maxim OP AMP part according to the steps provided by Maxim read me file.
Step as follows ( in the schematic window ) : File , open, Library, ( select olb file ) , open.
And, I got the message : Unable to load file ,...... Object not found.
But, the file is there, why it can not be found ?
Please help me. Thanks

After study so many article, I know how to add a new part into library. Need to get lib file from IC supplier, run PSPICE Model Editor , and other step by step procedure. Thanks.
