What's this part does anyone know.

It has 3 legs, never seen a cap like it the symbol looks like a cap or maybe a crystal.

Digikey shows it as 4 MHz ceramic resonator with 30 pf built in capacitor.

The symbol you see there is the symbol for a crystal.
