I'm looking for a way to convert TTL level digital(Can be PWM too) signals to 0-12 or 0-24 volt logic signals...
The high level for the signals can vary from 9 volt to 32 volts. The circuit should be capable of sourcing a current of upto 50-100mA and sink the same...
It should be protected against short to bat as well as short to ground conditions. The frequencies of the PWM can go upto 100KHz. or atleast a toggling signal upto 500KHz should work fine. The circuit should be robust on a long run and taking low current when the load is not connected. The load can have an impedance as low as 400 Ohm, for which the circuit should be to deliver the voltage(with minimum output impedance).

If there is any IC which serves this purpose, kindly let me know...
