Dear all

I am looking for an example of a Unified Reliability Interface (URI) set up and mainly a file example. This is used in Virtuoso Cadence to add your own aging models to the Virtuoso MMSIM simulator / RelXpertInterface. Does anyone has something about this?

Troubleshooting Virtuoso ADE assembler

Dear all

Currently I am running the reliability analysis using Virtuoso ADE assembler. But I have encountered an issue related with a file that cannot be reached. Does anyone know how to trouble shoot this? The message I get is the following:
