I want to Read data bytes from Compact flash during run time, After the FPGA is programmed.
how can I do that???

Then you have to write the HDL code to interface to a compact flash. FPGAs are flexible hardware devices that can be programmed using an HDL to perform any logic function that fits in the device.
 

thanks, but I want use Ip core like xps emc core and I don't know how can I use this ?
