Please help!!!! nmos pmos stacked driver

Hallo everyone!

I have a problem which can't be solved about the driver. The schematic is showed as follow:
bild.jpg

When I change the W/L of Mnp5,the Ron change, but the Vd_Mnp5 doesn't change with W/L(I used paramatic analysis),which leads to the problem that when Mn5 on, it can't provide the Vg_Mp3 to 1.2V(almost 850mV). As a result, the Mp3 is actually on cuz Vs>Vg (should be off).Mp5 and Mn3 have the same problem.

I choose Rnp1=85k, Rnp2=100k. And i try to reduce them to 8.5K and 10K to increase the current, but didn't work.
The result about paramatic analysis is:
VG_VS.jpg
net50:Vd_Mn5=Vg_Mp3
blue one: Vs_Mp3
Seem that Vs should be Vg-Vth(failed Vth)!
THX a lot !!!
