[MOVED] PCB wizard problem in Altium

Hi guys
i have a problem with DXP Import Wizard
sometimes when i import pcb like this in AltiumView attachment AVR ISP.zip
nothing is shows
but pcb actually exist
what should i do?

Check whether you have installed your importers.Unless it is installed it will show nothing.

Check whether your file is completely imported to altium.It shows nothing.
I mistook that you can't find the file to import in the import wizard and asked you to check

The file which is converted by eamaster seems to have nothing in it.
I think thats his problem, not with the procedure for conversion.

Hi shabu,
It is a .pcb file file (not sure what type of file), if you drag and drop it to altium one wizard will open then you have to follow the steps it will open the pcb file

Hi eamaster,
This file designed in earlier version of altium(Protel)
If you open this file or do drag & drop to the altium you will be prompted by DXP import wizard window after that you have to follow few step,you will get your PCB file.
No need to go for file/ import wizard.

Find the attachment for converted file

Please check that you have installed importer/exporter plugins,
If not install it and then try to import it.

Dear Eamaster,

Another option is just change file extantion that is *.Pcb to *.PcbDoc if file is created in protel.
