Hi
I am looking for Development kit for my project. it must support these spec.
Progmram flash > 256 kb,
SD Card , USB, 100Eth,

in addition, must be arm9 and arm cortex based.

Did you take a look at luminary kits... **broken link removed**
It is compact in form factor and you get good amount of source code already done. How critical you are about SD card, the board doesn't have SD card but it does have SPI interface to hook it up.
