Hi guys,

I am having problems identifyng the U components red highlighted in the image below.
They have a C44K in the component or something like that its not at all visible.

The board is used to "open" the nozzles in the printhead of the equipment.
printhead is activated with a photocell, when object is obstructing it, it give order to print the information configured in the flashrom, there are 16 nozzles. J1 printhead1 (8 nozzles), J2 printhead2 (8 nozzles).

Now the printhead is not working, does not respond once time photocell is activated, so I suppose they are defective pieces... but i dont have any idea what kind of components they could be...

I Need more info if somebody is able to identify them...

Thanks a lot for your help.

It's a standard package used by hundreds if not thousands of different transistors and ICs. The only way to identify them without a schematic is by the number on the body so you will have to be sure what it is.

Unfortunately, with such small space to mark the number there is inevitably a lot of duplicaton of numbers, often between completely different types of component. Take a very close look at the markings, including any smaller numbers or letters which may not be in line with the others and let us know for sure what they are. From the connections we can see in the photograph and reference tables we might be able to identify them for you.

Brian.

Thanks Brian,

The AS1052 seems to be a MOS power switch type IPS1052GPbF from International Rectifier.
The K44 is a dual Schottky diode type BAS40W-04
The 811B is a reset generator type DS1811B
Probably the C085 is a voltage regulator from Ricoh in the RN1111 series.

I've no idea what the C14K is.

Brian.

Thanks again Brian,

I have found something about C14K, but im not sure how accurate could be the info...

What do you think?

It could be. The ground pin seems to connect to the ground plane. Try a resistence test between the middle top pin (referring to the image) and a known supply line point, if they are joined it probably is that device.
