Hi all

Could anyone show me how to run bandgap process mismatch simualtion in cadence ADE XL? I am newbee to this cadence please show me step by step. I did the step below but it show the error (WIA-1135) the waveform state file could not be loaded.

This is my step:

1/ From schematic open ADE L , setup models, dc temp from -50 to 100, probe bandgap output and save state.
2/ Close ADE L, and open ADE XL windows from schematic , create new, click on test to open ADE XL test editor, load saved state from step 1
3/ Click Run to setup Monte Carlo :
Statistical Variation ----> all
Sampling Method ------> Random
Numbers of Points ---> 200
Results Database Save Options ----> Save Process Data
-----> Save Mismatch Data
Other Options ------> Run nominal Simulation
-------> Save Data to Allow Family Plots

Do I make any mistake? Please help me on this

Thanks a lot
