hello
does anybody have altium footprint for 4pin crystal oscillators?
i made it myself but it does not work!!
thanks in advance

Re: altium library 4-pin crystal oscillator

there are different types of crystal oscillator
you should have its mechanical data including pad position and spacing or measure it yourself precisely
then design library component ,
you can print designed component with 1:1 scale and verify it before use.

Re: altium library 4-pin crystal oscillator

i already created a footprint for it, but it does not work!
altium sends "unknown pin error". i checked desinators and it seems to be ok.
i asked for a ready-to-use footprint because i am running out of time:thumbsdown:

Re: altium library 4-pin crystal oscillator

I think you made a mistake in pin assignment
attach your component schematic and pcb lib image to help you

designed based on this

these seems true ,
do you assign your designed footprint to your schematic library correctly ?
