Can anybody suggest Motorola-S to Intel HEX file converter free for donwload.

It is maybe not direct way of doing things like that but try this:
Goto: **broken link removed** and download EXPRO programmer software.
Once installed, select FILE and then LOAD. You will be prompt to specify the type of the file, so select MOTOROLA HEX. After that save this file as YOURFILE.HEX
It should be saved as INTEL hex.
I haven't done that as I don't have any Motorola.hex files, but it may be worth of trying..

Winhex can do this also, convert Moto hex file to binary first, then convert to Intel hex.
