icc12 compiler

I developed an application with MC9S12DP256 using ICC12 C compiler and StarProg programmer. I had a lot of problems after my program was bigger than 16Kbytes.
I need an advice ...

sreccvt icc12

maybe your license problem, why not use Metrowerks Codewarrior HCS12,maybe it can get you out of the trouble.

icc12 compiler

I don't understand exactly your concern about the license but I have a valid one. I preferred ICC12 because is cheaper and simple to use. I think my problem is the SRecCvt.

I do agree with ehua. If Motorola bought this software company it is not for nothing. It is in my humble opinion the best tool around. And beside it is not more 'complicated' than ICC. Shows than price is not always a valid criteria of selection.
:)

A few days ago I've doubted about the quality of ICC12 compiler because is too cheap and I wanted to switch with Metrowerks Codewarrior HCS12. After ICC's technical support advised me how to solve my problems I recommend this cheap and easy to use compiler. I am sure Metrowerks Codewarrior HCS12 is also a good compiler ...
