Hi friends....

In motor selection process, motor constant is an important parameter.
As per definition,
Motor Constant, Km= peak torque /(P^1/2).
Here, Whether Power(P) is Continuous power or peak power?:roll:

I am sorry you are wrong. Its not continuous power, Its Peak power.
The actual definition for motor constant(Km) is

Km = Tp/√Pp
or
Km = Kt/√Rm

Where

Tp= Peak torque (at Vp)
Pp = Peak Input Power
Kt= Torque constant
Rm =Thermal resistance
