Hi everyone, I'm designing a Bandgap Voltage Reference, and there is something wrong with the MOSFETs, they are all not in the saturation region, most of them are in Region 1, and some of them are in region 3, can someone tell me why? The circuit is as following, it's very emergency, thank you so much!!!!

it looks like you have some setup issues, the main current source is being squeezed out which starves current for the rest of your circuit.
try to get your current bias up first.
instead of using a voltage source to set the current, try mimicking your current branch, isourse with a gate drain connected pfet whos gate ties to the gate of your pfet. set the current source to the desired current.
you might double check its polarity of the voltage to current feedback loop and for initial sim results, tie both sides of the amp to VA or VB to remove the feedback

Your Cadence (?) schematic is a black negative covered with dots and is impossible to look at. It looks much better when I make a negative of it so the background is white but it is still covered with dots.
