Hi All,
I have read in many books that the Vt of MOSFET depends on channel length, Vsb, temp etc.
I would like to know whether there is any dependency on Width/Multiplier parameter of the MOSFET.
Recently in HSPICE simulation, I found that the Vt of an NMOSFET is different for the following cases
1. W=8u, L=0.36u & M=1
2. W=2u, L=0.36u & M=4
