Hello friends,
I have designed a Mosfet switching circuit board using IRF540N to control 24V controlled device. I have a series of 8 Mosfets on the board.
The problem I face is that the ICs get damaged very fast. I'm assuming that the problem is due to static charges in the circuit.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Is there any better choice than Mosfets?

There is not enough information to figure out what the MOSFETs have to do with the IC. If you believe its static, make sure that all leads are terminated to earth with a high resistor (10M?), that will be enough to stop external static getting in.

Hello Anjali93!!
I have also designed switching regulators and other switching circuits. And I used MOSFETs too. So I think they are good choice if you are working with switching circuits. You can use IGBTs too.

Thank you for your help chuckey.
What I actually meant was that the Mosfets are getting damaged.
