for the order of 60A, which MOSFET will be suitable in parallel?

You have not mentioned d voltage rating...u can use
1)IRFZ48(60V,50amp,Ron=.018ohm)
2)IRF540(100V,28amp,Ron=.077ohm)
3)APT5025BN(500V,23amp,Ron=.25ohm)

If u r planning to use a single module instead of paralleling,u can use
1)APT10M25BNR(100V,75amp,Ron=.025ohm)
