Hello
Can I replace p65nfo6 by 75nf75?
What I can see that for voltage, current, and Rds it's OK
Also I think for thermal dissipation, almost same or similar
But little slower?
If so, can it be replacement or better faster?
Attached Datasheets attached the UPS circuit also, please look

The 75nf75 is slower and has higher capacitances than the p65nfo6. And there's just no way I'm going to analyze that huge schematic, ESPECIALLY since there aren't any part values on it. So, you could take a chance and try the other part, or find something closer to the original, or expend a lot of effort analyzing the circuit.

How about FDP3651U?, better?

So, you now picked a device with a much higher input capacitance than your original suggestion.

If you're not going to listen, I'm not going to talk.

Can you suggest replacement one?
I assume you can read as well as I can, so, no, I can't suggest a replacement.

Determine what parameters are important to you, and do a search based on those parameters. Maybe input capacitance doesn't matter, maybe it matters a lot; maybe you can change the package, maybe you can't; that's up to you to decide.
