ee core is 30mm x 6mm
i hand wound the eecore with
primary 12turn ct 12turn
sec 180turns
...took idea from here

i just made the stepup ckt
error in ckt i corrected and adjusted 4047 tp give 60kHz
load is just a 3w led bulb with driver
problem is mosfets heat EVEN ON HEATSINK..after 60sec

No the transformer is not heating
Mosfets are heating ,they have 6x4cm heatsink already

the circuit feeding to primary 12turn -ct-12turn and secondary is connected to a led flood light with 85-285V ac driver.

spotlight is like this

my DMM current range is damaged waiting for EXTECH ordered that from USA.

where did you apply the LED load? On the AC output? Not!

If core heats up with no load, likely Eddy current losses from high frequency content of transition.
