Hello sir
I am facing a little problem in my DC motor speed control project. when i connect the oscilloscope probe with the Gate of the MOSFET its show the pulses but it looks like the pulses have some high voltage spikes as shown in the picture. How to suppress these spikes ???

Hey gentleman!
Hi
It is simple! you can use an snubber network in parallel with DS junction of your mosfet . ( is this wave form , for the DS ?) but in fact these are (spikes) not important! you can use an eliminator filter that is series with your motor (LC LPF) to optimize its behavior as well as.
Best Wishes

sir one more question do we need 4-snubber networks in full H-Bridge ??

Dear FMradio
Hi
Yes you should use 4 snubber network for H bridge arrangement.
Best Regards
