Dear All
I am Very New In MOSFET Driving. My Goal is to Dive inductor With PWM Sin wave That I have Generated form Micro controller Modulated Frequency is 15 KHz .
Here is Attached MOSFET Driving Circuit that I have Used. As i Switch ON the Power The Circuit Works Fine say 30 Second to One Minute.MOSFET is In Cool Condition But Mosfet both GATE will get Short With SOURCE after around One Minute. I Checked Driving Pulses on Scope But No Over Voltage at Gate.and Even I have Placed 1 K OHM resistor between Gate and Source.Still No Use
Waiting Help

I guess you forgot to connect TLP250 pin 5 only in your schematic?

The inductor is loaded with a certain amount of DC current according to the asymmetrical bridge (two-switch forward converter) topology. Are you sure that it isn't saturated?

With the shown transformer output voltage, the gate voltage might exceed absolute maximum rating of 20V. I think it's appropriate to place small TVS or Z-diodes parallel to GS.

Apart from these points, the reason for failure can't be neccesarily seen in the schematic. It may be a problem of circuit layout.

Thanks FvM
Mosfet that I am using IRF830A .It has +/- 30V Gate Source Voltage .So you think it is necessary to place Zener or TVS.? Sorry for 5 number pin not drwan in sch
Thanks
