Hi,
I have to come up with a faster 3.3V to 5/15V conversion then we have today.
We are using a MC14504 for conversion and then buffers the signals using a BUF634U.
I could use a dual fet FET config, but then I looked into the different MOSFEt drivers on the market.
1, Are there any reason at all not for these small and cheap circuits to do the job?
2, Has anybody used these drivers to drive pulsed signals into long(100 to 300m) coaxial strecthes, terminated into 50 ohms?
The circuit in question is the UCC37324D.
Thanks,
Apus
