Hello,can some body tell me what I can do for controlling my MOSFET here,I am applying a controlling signal but I don't get the output but the MOSFET are becoming highly hot.
Do you think that is right??I am repairing a dc-ac converter and the output is made up by 4 MOSFET of the same type ,how are you telling me that they must be of different polarities??

The circuit I gave is for H-bridge for driving motors and not for DC to AC converter. Provide a detailed circuit with part names of MOSFETS and opto isolators.
Withou bias voltage for gate MOSFET will not work.

The opto isolator is HV400IP ,the signal is being generated by a Microcontroller PIC16F1827 using Tahmid blog ,it is generating two signals of 50Hz and 2 signals of 20KHz so those four are applied on the gate of the MOSFETs;when applying the signal the MOSFET (IRFP460) became very hot.
