MOS Varactor bulk pin [hlp]

Hello
I want to use a MOS varactor in my circuit. But I don't know that whether its bulk pin should be connected to VDD or GND. Please help me.

If your varactor MOS is n-type , connect your bulk to GND or
if it is p-type , connect your bulk to VDD
