Hi all,
I have this below circuit and I would like to work it as a comparator circuit.
For M1 and q1 it is working as expected. while for M2 it is not. My expectation from IR7 is more than 3A. How could I achieve it?
thanks.

The Rdson max of M2 is 5 ohms, if you ignore its drain and source R
then max I you can get is 1A = 5V / 5 ohms.

You need a MOSFET with a much smaller Rdson.

By using a transistor with suffcient current rating and suitable Rdson. Luckily you are trying this only in a simulation. A real BSP89 would go up in smoke.
