Hi, i don´t know if it the place to ask this.

When i try to install RED HAT 9 in graphic mode the monitor turn off with message out of scan or something like that. Well I install it in text mode, and works fine. When it try to detect my monitor (SONY E200) not found it. But it is in the list i select it and install. But when i boot appeard again the message and can´t use it.
Well i read that i could use LOWRES to try to install again, it works i saw the installtion in graphical mode. But when boot again the message.
I try to boot wiht the command lowres but nothing happend.

Could anyone toldme where is the file for configuration of monitor to change it. I boot from floppy.

I am new in linux.

Thanks in advance for your help
