missing components in Cmaker/workbench

Some of the components i'm using in my research project are not included in the
libraries of the circuitmaker or EWB.
These are the components i need in PFM (pulse frequency modulation) receiver:
1- PLL : LM565CN
2- OPAMP: LM741CN
