A very handy and closed with the latch housing Z-94 was used in this device. It has many advantages: it is small, made of good materials (ABS) and very handy. PCB – glass-epoxy laminate of 1,5mm, made by thermal transfer method on the iron.
The program was Cadsoft Eagle 5.10.0. Programmed processors are Atmega8, Attiny2313 and Attiny13. Resonator 16MHz, SMD 33pF. The panels printed were not satisfactory, they should be colourful and laminated.
The power port is a small DC socket from USB hub (A4Tech), driven from pulse plug power 5V, 1A. It was important to protect the socket against violation by the connector inserted, as the only mounting is soldered tip on the back of the socket. Capacitor 22uF/35V type LowESR (Jamicon),, precision stands and low-profile resonator were used. The board was screwed with non-magnetic screws TORX from hard drives dismantling.
The device is very easy to use and handy. When not in use, cover should be snapped to protect sensitive components.
